Membership Officer
What you would do
Help organise membership information, prepare welcome materials and responses to enquiries, and support accurate member communications and records.
Working with REA
Work with the trustee overseeing membership and relevant communications colleagues. Membership is currently paused; activities should match REA’s reopening plan.
Useful experience
Member or customer support, discretion, organised records and clear communication. Experience with membership systems is useful.
Time commitment
Flexible during the pause, potentially increasing around reopening and member communications. Agree tasks and capacity in advance.
Support membership enquiries, records, welcome information and member communications when membership reopens.
