OUR WORK
Education and training
Building knowledge, confidence and practical understanding to support ethical research across different settings and stages.

Our approach to education and training
Evidence-based and values-led
REA’s education and training work supports researchers, students, educators, research ethics committees and organisations to develop their understanding of ethical research. We approach research ethics as more than procedural compliance, focusing on the judgement, reflection and discussion needed throughout the research process.
Practical, inclusive and forward-looking
Our activity can include workshops, seminars, teaching resources, facilitated discussion and other learning opportunities. Provision can address established questions in research ethics as well as emerging issues arising from changes in research practice, technology and regulation.
