Our approach to impact and archiving

We believe that understanding impact requires more than recording what happened. It involves reflecting on how our work is used, what it contributes and what we can learn from the people and organisations we work with.

Alongside this, we maintain a record of REA’s activities, outputs and development. Our archive helps preserve the organisation’s history, supports institutional learning and makes earlier work available for future use.
