Volunteer Coordination Officer
What you would do
Track volunteer enquiries, coordinate introductions, share agreed induction information, keep in touch with activity leads and support volunteer feedback.
Working with REA
Work with the trustee overseeing volunteering and with officers who lead activities. Role allocation and any formal appointments are agreed by REA.
Useful experience
Friendly and organised communication, discretion and experience supporting volunteers or teams. Good record keeping is helpful.
Time commitment
Ongoing but flexible, with extra activity when recruiting or onboarding volunteers. Agree a manageable rhythm of contact.
Coordinate volunteer enquiries, help match people to activities and support induction and ongoing communication.
