Follow the Yellow (Lego) Brick Road to Ethical Research

Hosted by Dr Karen Kenny at the University of Exeter Research Ethics Showcase, this workshop used LEGO Serious Play to help postgraduate and early-career researchers examine the ethical implications of their research in a creative and collaborative format.

Participants worked through individual and group challenges using models, metaphor and storytelling. The session encouraged reflection on the value of adopting an ethical stance throughout the research process and concluded with participants developing ideas about what an ethical framework could look like in their own contexts.
