Ethical Podcasting Workshop

Hosted by Rebekah White at the University of Exeter Research Ethics Showcase, this interactive workshop introduced participants to the practical foundations of creating a podcast, including developing a show, speaking engagingly, preparing for interviews and editing an episode.

The session also examined ethical questions associated with research podcasting, including accessibility, format, interview conduct and the responsibilities involved in communicating research to wider audiences. Participants were offered the opportunity to create content for the Research Ethics Podcast by interviewing, or being interviewed by, another participant about their research.
