Building Your Moral Compass with LEGO Serious Play
A one-hour LEGO Serious Play session using creative discussion to explore personal understandings of ethics, different ethical positions and variation across research, disciplines and industries.
This one-hour session used LEGO Serious Play to support a structured and creative discussion about ethics. Participants completed different types of builds to explore and communicate their own understanding of ethics.
The activity considered personal ethical positions, the effects of different ethical positions in society and the ways ethical perspectives can vary between researchers, disciplines and industries. It also gave participants first-hand experience of LEGO Serious Play as a method for future brainstorming and ideation.
